That was something my CPO used to tell me when I was working in Malta. At first, I genuinely thought he was hurling profanities at me. It turned out he was simply reminding me to keep the product as simple or "stupid" as possible so users could understand it faster and with less friction. Years later, that lesson still shapes the way I design.
